The Indiana Journal of Law and Social Equality serves as an interdisciplinary academic forum for scholars, practitioners, policymakers, and students to contribute to a better understanding of legal and policy issues concerning social equality. IJLSE publishes two issues a year online and is currently in its 14th volume. Our articles are gathered by a hybrid system of Scholastica manuscript submissions, associate member student notes, and esteemed faculty invitees from our annual spring symposium in Bloomington, Indiana. If you have any questions, feel free to contact the Editor-in-Chief, Lucy Gerstenschlager, at ijlse@iu.edu.
